Do you provide mats?

No, we kindly ask that your team bring their own mats to practice. If this is a problem, please get in touch to discuss mat rentals.

We don’t have a fitness area - can we still benefit from your services?

Yes! We ask you to send over photos of your space to advise how we can work with it and create the right experience. Alternatively, you could opt for one of our desk-based or off-site sessions.

We don’t need a full 45 minutes - is this okay?

Of course. Our rates for single sessions indicate the cost for up to a 45 minute class. If you wish for a slightly shorter session, just let us know and we’ll create a class structure which suits your timings. The rate remains the same.

Do you offer your services for events that aren’t corporate?

Yes, we would love to facilitate a session for your event. We’ll chat through your requirements and adapt our sessions as appropriate to make your event a success.

Will we always have the same teacher?

For regular sessions, we try to ensure you are guided by the same teacher. However, in certain scenarios such as illness, there may be a different (but equally amazing) teacher guiding your session. For workshops, we work with teachers most specialised in the topics covered.

Do you offer workplace wellbeing sessions over Zoom?

Absolutely, this is something we can discuss upon enquiry to ensure your team will still get the full benefit of your chosen workshop/session online. There is no difference in pricing for online/video sessions.

Do you offer team wellness days?

Yes! We create bespoke half day or day’s team wellness events off-site at one of our partner studios. Please get in touch to discuss.
